Hi Im confused why case 2, the UR5 is diagnosed as symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, when it is sensitive to cold, I thought it had to be sensitive to hot to be diagnosed with irreversible pulpits? thank you

In case number 4 i can see the horizontal bone loss in the reagion of right central, lateral incisors as well as canine. i can also see cervical burnout in relation to mesial aspect of central and lateral region. is this correct?
