PULP forever. J'adore ce groupe. Un monde dans chaque chanson !

This is Hardcore is another Pulp song you shouldn't skip over. It's a whole mood. Also, the song "His n Hers" is really good. Watching your smile as you listen to the songs is always so fun. And I think the term you were looking for is "seductive". lol.

I'd still carry on with His'n hers before you listen to anything else.. still so many great songs on that and different class.

@@InsignificantNick it’s all in the brows bro. You very well maybe insignificant but your pubic facial hair above your eyes is certainly not insignificant. It’s very much significant. Reaction video with your eyebrows to. The Fall. Blindness(Live).

Listen to Mile End..😂 Lipgloss is one of my favourite songs. I’ve just been to see Pulp, I’ve been a huge fan since the early 90’s and Jarv still has it, he always will!🕺🏻

Hey Nick, 80s pre-fame Pulp, you say? My Legendary Girlfriend. You might like Jarvis' creepy Barry White like spoken part.

Great great Pulp song! Fantastic chorus hook! Please react to the mid 80’s Pulp song “Little Girl (With Blue Eyes)” featuring one of Jarvis Cocker’s best chorus lyrics ever: “Little girl with blue eyes / there’s a hole in your heart / and one between your legs… / You’ve never had to wonder which one he’s going to fill / in spite of what he said…”

I used to shop in the meadowhall in Sheffield, it wasn't that bad lol. Mark e Smith front man for the band The Fall wasn't a fan of Trafford Park Mall in Manchester, lol. Have a listen to Fantastic life or Eat Y'self Fitter by The Fall I think it would be like a marmite test for you.

How about Roxy Music? Do The Strand is definitely an influence on Pulp Very arch, cheeky and filthy.

I think what gives some of Pulp's songs a strange depth is you can't always be quite sure of the motives of the singer character - he's never truly impartial, and he's ruthlessly unsympathetic here, and that kinda asks you to supply some sympathy yourself. Is he even gloating over someone who turned him down? Who knows! As for the intro sound, I remember a review at the time saying "Pulp know the value of a cheap sound," which has always seemed incredibly apt. It's part of that weird mass-produced dated suburbia vibe

Reaction request to Only Shallow by My Bloody Valentine. The song is a bit different like Complicated game by XTC, but Bilinda Butcher’s vocals are dreamy.

Nick, if you ever react to a 80´s Pulp song, pleeeeease, "Blue Girls" (1983) from their "It" album :-)
