Hello Haus, It would be really useful if in the future you checked if mice worked with USB-C to USB-C cables. I purchased this mouse and discovered it didn't, making the USB port on the mouse technically out of spec. Having support makes it easy to charge with a phone charger in a pinch, and makes it easier to use wired with a laptop or tablet. I had to setup an extra cable at my desk just to charge this mouse. It is a trivial thing for the manufacturer to support (it literally just requires a resistor), no (real) impact on weight or complexity. But they, like so many manufacturers in multiple industries (just ask r/USBCHardware) won't bother unless they get called out on it. The issue will get worse and worse as USB-C gets more and more common. Testing it should also only take you a few seconds (assuming you have a USB-C to USB-C cable lying around).

Before your video i was thinking of grabbing the medium but because you said its WIDER than the g pro SL it makes me think to grab the mini. Dimensions wise G Pro SL is suppose to be the wider 1 I thought. G Pro SL definitely longer than the x2 medium right? Good informative video. I was leaning towards Medium because I always wanted an s2 with flatter/wider sides but it seems really wide if its bigger than g pro.

I don’t get why the retailers where they are selling those through don’t have a “pre-order” option on their sites. That would: 1. Give the retailer/Pulsar the info they need to mass produce based on actual demand; 2. Give the customers assurance that because you ordered first you have access to the first batch, then over let’s say someone who only decided the day before launch. Definitely disappointed after waiting almost a month only to find out after 15 min it was gone. Man we have work also.

Nothing like those shapes really. Viper V2 Pro is similar in width, but has more curvature and is lower profile. G303SE entirely different shape!

im not a mouse guru, but why do people test creak by flexing the mice with a strength you would NEVER grip the mouse with, like i feel like when people test creak, they use 7/10 strength when your grip is only like 4/10 max, it's interesting

From seeing the comments haus answered, i think its: M42 > GPX > X2 But it all comes down to ur priorities. Do u prefer a lighter mouse? Or do u prefer shape over anything else (this also depend on ur hand size and grip style), and do u not mind the holes etc

the x2 shape probably is gonna be my endgame as in 3:44 you said that the hump fills in higher in the palm(which i like) than the gpsxl. pulsar could've done just a longer x2 mini and i would absolutely love it as the only problem i have for the mini is its length. i thamk again haus for solving my x2 dilemma 🫡🫡🫡

The size ratio is so weird for this mouse. If they literally just made both the medium and mini ~3-4mm narrower, it'd be a slam dunk... 120mm length with a grip width of 58-59mm is perfect. But nope, they had to go make this awkward length to width ratio and thus makes it feel like a bulky mess. Seriously, the best claw grip mouse is the Burst Pro imo. Unfortunately the Air version is stupid heavy and has motion delay/polling rate issues... The sides on the X2 are perfect though. Minimal hourglass shape, although maybe if it tapered/narrowed towards the front like the Burst Pro would've been solid.

Yeah, the design isn't really close to perfect by any means imo. Still a very good mouse, and surprisingly I do enjoy it in-game, although I mainly prefer something like the M42 which is a lot thinner!
