Nice info but have some questions 1. U have only considered from ahu return side through pump upto chiller coil..from chiller coil upto ahu supply also is not considered. Why? Please prrovide reason..since there are also valves n fittings in that ,which is also part of critical path 2. From poiny E-H, near pump header u took elbow, it shall be t and reducer of reducing t in practical

You need calculate the friction loss in supply line also

For supply line, friction and other losses are taken care by secondary pumps which is another part of this project and is a separate video.

How can you offer courses in HVAC hydronic design, if you don't understand basic HVAC design principles. You've made a fundamental mistake in your 'critical path' pressure loss calculation, which means the pumps are undersized.

Dear Damian Actually this is one part of 5 part video series What you are assuming mistakes are actually included later in other videos. I understand few pressure losses are not shown here in this video but as a complete 5 part videos series includes everything. It includes even what you are assuming as mistakes here. Apart from piping losses, other losses can be distributed among primary and secondary pumps. So its a variable combination at advance level. I hope you get some idea what I am referring to .
