20 g of butter
RECIPE:
✅ For the dough, we will need 1 kg of flour, 5 spoons of oil, 1 spoon of salt and a little warm water. We make 3 noodles and there is no right ratio for water, as a rule we add it gradually until the dough stops being sticky
✅ Let the dough rest for 30 minutes at room temperature
✅ Separate the dough and roll out 3 noodles, which we will coat with a little oil and leave for an additional 15 minutes at room temperature
✅ The dough is fine and will stretch nicely. Round or square table - it doesn't matter
✅ Depending on the size of the noodles that we have rolled out, we will cut it into 2 or 3 parts and fill it with pumpkin, which we have cut and salted a little
✅ Arrange the noodles in the pan in circles, with the fact that we will have to pull the last noodle inside with a knife
✅ If you wish, you can immediately cut the pie into triangles, or you don't have to. Cover with a little oil and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 250°C - until nicely browned
✅ On the side, we will pour 500 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and 20 g of butter into the pot. Let it boil
✅ Since the pie is baked, we will pour it with the sauce we made, lift it a little with a knife so that it is better absorbed and put it back in the oven for just a few more minutes
