INGREDIENTS
around 300 g of raw pumpkin
1/3 cup sweetener of your choice, I used stevia with erythritol
a vanilla pod
2-4 cinnamon sticks
half a nutmeg
1 tablespoon cloves (about 15 pieces)
1/8 teaspoons Xanthan gum if you want the syrup to be thicker
