Punakha Dzong and arrival at the Tsechu - Festival

Punakha Dzong, the old capital of Bhutan. the location is stunning at the confluence of Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers. Here we arrive at the Tsechu (a week long festival) - everyone is dressed in their best national costume, the sash denominates your status. Tourists are discovering this amazing spectacle, and a few even dress in national costume (me included)
