Just completed the session. The number system to me was fine, by round 4 it was starting to pick up the pace which I like. Can be easily done with the bag or even shadow. Thank you for this session!!

Hi there, happy to see a new video! Just in time for my Sunday morning bag bashing. - The numbers thing confused me, but after watching the video for a couple of minutes I got it. - Ah and the last few kicks floored me, I thought you were dying haha. Questions: - If I wanna get better, harder roundhouse kicks to the head, is it better to train them at a lower height, where I can generate more power or keep going for the head, because with your old workout (the 20 minutes mix), I always try my best to go for the head when you don't specifically say to throw it elsewhere (like legs). - I am not able to make my teeps (front kicks) produce a loud smack on the standing bag I am using (that's how I measure if it is a good kick). I am doing my best to hit it with the ball of my foot and occasionally I succeed, but only up to belt height - if I go higher (like to the head) it sounds like a light push. Do you know what I could be doing wrong? If one of your videos discusses this topic, I will look for it. Because I believe the most important weapons for a beginner are good hands, low kicks, and teeps. - Do you have suggestions for the one minute pause? I take the first 10 seconds to catch my breath usually because I put my everything into each strike I throw. Then 30 seconds I do random tasks (like throw 5 mid-roundhouse kicks with each leg, 10 jab crosses, or throw teeps until the 30 seconds are up) and I rest the last 20 seconds. I am very grateful for the video and yeah, you've basically been my online sensei the last three months hehe

Thanks for the support and glad you find them valuable. I would suggest putting more power into the front kick to the face. For the 1 minute pause I would suggest body weight exercises as they mix it up really well and increased your strength. Glad to teach you for years to come. Anymore questions gimme a shout and I'll be happy to help you.
