Footwork, balance and form! Respect! Love that Tire Setup, Im Building an Obstacle Course, Got Speed Bag, Reflex and Heavy Bags, Mitts, and 4 Mud tires.. Planned on Stacking tires, Jumping on them, And Sledgehammering them, never thought of using them this way..

Jay colby can cut in half n naild to wood good quick punching pad(full half tire to tree pole wall etc) or tying to rope and swinging around head (for core) plus incorporate squats i like to use a bigger one with partner to spar lead foot inside body shot only hope uv fun n fit with course wld love to try it 💪💪

Hey man, thanks for dropping by my channel and watching my video.. I bolted it down with 4 hex nut in between the tyres.. Anyways, if you want a bag that does minimal damage to your boxing glove i suggest that you buy a buoy and just hang it up with a wall bracket. I believe it is much more conveniet and not time consuming to get it fixed.

Thanks for the compliment bro.. Yes the tires really did some great damage on my gloves.. I've switched to hitting a polyform buoy instead of the tires now, the buoy is better for me.. Hehe.. Anyways, have a great day 😊🙏

Does training with a tire heavy bag have more benefits than with a regular heavy bag? Dying to know,have bunch of tires here,dont know what to do with em haha

It's still the same thing bro.. The pro of using a tire heavy bag is that when you punch you have to be punctual with your form the con of it is that your gloves wont last that long. With the normal heavy bag you don't have to worry about your gloves being scuffed that fast. Anyways, thanks for dropping by and taking your time to watch my videos. Nah, I got used to it cause I've conditioned my knuckles and wrist by doing close grip knuckle push ups.. The first 3 months i did hurt my wrist multiple times but soon after that it got better and better. Now i never use hand wraps while hitting the bag.

Hello thanks for dropping by. Ive got a polyform buoy which is much cheaper than hydroblast. I live in Sabah, Borneo so the hydroblast is quite expensive when converted to our currency. Polyform buoy is much cheaper than that.. 😊
