I am so much disturbed with this case..........i feel so sorry for these young kids. I am watching this case for 2-3 days. And whenever I go out, I still see young kids driving two wheelers. After hearing such a dangerous accident in NEWS how parents still allowing kids to drive? whose mistake is this? any city anywhere..........why parents are still ignorant, and Law is still lenient.

In case of certain heinous crimes the accused should be automatically charged as adult, no necessity for committees to decide if he or she is adult or minor. Let the defense advocate convince the court that he or she should be tried as minor during court trial. This will put the onus on the accused to prove that the crime or the circumstances were not such that he or she should be tried as adult.

sab paise kha khel..police, doctor, court, judge sab bik jaate paise se... aur yahi hua hai is case me..sabko pata hai..at to yeh matter thanda ho gaya...kal wo ladka wapas kisi aur pub me dikhega...police, municipal corporations are just doing dramas, every one of police gets money at the pub doors, they do the patrolling for the name sake. they earn a lot from pubs and wine or beer shops, even from hotels, and everyone knows it.

I feel our police and judiciary feel happy when they get rich people's cases. They might see it as an opportunity to make a fortune out of it. Even Politicians see it as an opportunity to assist the rich so they get donations for their party and favours. Rich kids parents feel proud and show off in society by giving their kids expensive means. The parents are well aware of their kids habits and bad deeds but their money makes them arrogant. It's sad there was a case in Gurgaon a few years back when a similar rich kid killed a pregnant lady and her parents in the car. They were employees of Accenture and IBM. There was a candle march and debate on TV but the case was delayed and prolonged. Heartbreaking and sad for innocent people who lose their lives and their loved ones have to live with that loss for a lifetime. 💔😭 😢
