One thing really bad about vrl is consistency, i travelled on same service twice, first time it went well... rest stop same as video but second time first washroom break they took near toll plaza which was horrible, some staff locked bus at rest stop while some don't. on this route, only sharma transport and vrl is running 9600.. sharma is very consistent in service. Orange was good but now it is terrible due to old volvo buses. Vlog was good as usual.
