Punisher wins, agreed. In comics Frank defeated Bullseye several times and Bullseye stalemated him only once - when Punisher encountered with Bullseye first time in Nicaragua and Bullseye was a NSA agent, and Punisher didn't know about his ability to throw objects wit a high speed and deadly accuracy.

I disagree about Punisher being faster in reaction time than Bullseye. I think Punisher is a better combatant overall and sometimes is more ready for the attack so he appears really fast but I think Bullseye is more naturally faster without being on the ready.

I like how he says punisher has a higher pain tolerance which is true and very accurate but pain and lethal injury are very different. For example just because say a mma fighter can take alit of pain doesn’t mean he can’t get knocked out. Same logic here just because someone has a above average pain tolerance doesn’t mean a completely lethal strike could end the fight. I personally am biased towards punisher my favorites are literally Batman and punisher but I’m just saying I’m just gonna point out Frank’s the idiot with his head and arms exposed and all it takes is one lucky strike to end everything.

Bullseye doesn't just throw things. He can basically use any projectile weapon with perfect accuracy. I would argue he's a better marksman than Frank is. This applies to guns too, which would definitely show up in a fight against the Punisher. I think Frank would win, but the gap isn't that big.

@hazries4518 Yet he threw a stapler, a ball, a church collection bowl, and even a whole fire extinguisher at Matt and they didn’t even do anything to him. The collection bowl and the ball were even headshots yet Matt was completely fine after Dex threw them at him. Dex even threw the baton at Foggy and Matt just casually caught it. I’m fairly certain if Dex’s throws don’t do anything to Matt, Frank is definitely capable of pulling off the same thing. Even besides Matt, he threw glass shards at Kingpin and he simply pulled them right out, he also threw kitchen utensils at him and they just bounced right off. He even threw a pistol directly at Agent Hattley’s face (and shot her right before that) and she survived. Bottomline, Frank has this in the bag.

I think DanCo is unknowingly over exaggerating Frank’s H2H skill. Yes, Frank held his own against Daredevil, but in most of their encounters (which are between episode 1-4 of Season 2) Matt’s sense were impaired after he had been shot in the head/grazed by Frank which compromised his fighting ability thus making him weaker. Not saying he would or wouldn’t win just pointing that.

The MCU Punisher wins this for sure but I think you under sale Bullseye abilities with weapons. Netflix didn't focus on that because his character was set up as an anti-Dare Devil. So the focus was more on hand-to-hand than with weapons. Against the Punisher he is outclassed and would have lost horribly in this incarnation. @@-slice-6103 incorrect. It's actually a really good fight. Batman is slightly stronger and tougher with better armor. Daredevil has a higher pain tolerance and is slightly faster and more agile. Bruce has years more of experience and is more brutal but Matt is actually more skilled based off of feats. The only 2 people Bruce beat that we saw was Harley Quinn and Deadshot. And altho Batman's showing in the warehouse scene was very impressive , their is no way that these can compare to Matt being clearly better than Bullseye and slightly over Danny Rand and being able to match or best Punisher, Nobu, Bokudo, and Elektra even after her resurrection when her physicality was heightened. Bruce has more versatility with his gadgets but it's nothing Matt can't adapt too as he gone up against similar things in fighting the Hand. Matt also has his enhanced senses and radar sense. He will know where Bruce is the entire time. But, Bruce has s better strategical mind. U see? It's actually really close
