Tempering is quintessential in Indian cooking. This recipe is certainly unique . SHARMA family members ( foodies ) are blessed to have MasterChef Aunty who cooks so many variety of dishes with passion and love . So good that CP channel is dishing out these recipes and making of so many different and unique dishes . The colour of the gravy is super awesome . My favourite is also Jeera Rice and Rajma .
