What it's supposed to have self healing tires

Absolutely, after replacing the rear tire, I can confidently confirm that the original tires are indeed puncture-resistant. However, the self-healing feature only consists of a gel inside the tire. When push comes to shove, my 230lb body put too much weight on those tires.

I have an apollo city with gel tyres, no problems even when riding over lots of broken beer glass. I pump them to 45 psi. I weigh the same as you.
