Hi, what's the Command Prompt or PowerShell Syntax to DISM Fix Drive C: But Using DISM from Windows to Go which is my backup Windows for repairing things? This is where I'm at after many months of trying to fix my main C: internal drive which is booting fine buy a lot are messed up I've done almost everything in the Google search results (most are the same though): I have no more external USB or Flashdrive to create a USB Windows 11 (build 22H2) Installer to fix the drive C: Windows 11 (build 22H2) nor can use its DISM or SFC (Checkdisk runs fine but it's not powrful enough to fix it) on its own Command Prompt among other issues- the C: Window is very messed up. With my Windows to Go (build 23H2, it's a newer build) and .iso of the Windows 11 (22H2 build) mounted how do I DISM fix C: using Windows to Go? What's Command Prompt syntax? On Windows to Go which I can't erase coz' of the amount of things installed (will take a lot of precious time to bring back to what it once was, if erased) in there the C: has a drive letter of H: and Windows Installer .iso (w/ the sources/install.wim) has a drive letter of F:). I have tried the command (which doesn't work) with the syntax (been trying to fix Windows C: drive for weeks and came to the DISM and creating a Windows 2 Go w/ a spare drive on a powered USB hub): dism /Image:H:\ /cleanup-image /restorehealth What could be the syntax that'll DISM-fix the main internal drive Windows C: using Windows to Go? Thank you in advance. God bless us. P.S. Microsoft Forum designer friends, it's best to include 'Repair' in the dropdown textbox in the 'Topics' category. Also there's a bug when it comes to paragraph spacing on the body, if you noticed, the last paragraph above it double spaced coz' the system did not detect there's a space between the 'dism /Image:H:' line and 'What could be' line and paragraphs above it which I've double-spaced for good measure. Bro plz help, every time sfc show error. windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. for online repairs, details are included in the cbs log file located at windir\logs\cbs\cbs.log. for example c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log. for offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /offlogfile flag.

This is the best explaination ever i saw on youtube , i am actually in a trouble, my windows 11 unable to login always shows an error : "The User Profile Service srvice failed the Sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." i even tried creating a new user with administrators rights using safe mode, i have used to restore health using SFC or DISM but not this way like you describe, also i have tried using regedit. but nothing solves the issue. but i can sign-in to my system in safe mode, please help to fix the issue.

Up to this point, both my Windows update, and DISM are both not working, it is safe to say that my OS is over all corrupted and I will need to just reinstall. :P Interesting learning video though.
