You know she only plays beneath the night of day Weaving her deadly web of lies to tempt her pray Her deadly poison rots the reason in your mind You contribute towards the future of her kind Oh no - Don't you believe her - Look out But you can't see behind the schemes You thought you'd fell into a dream You should have taken more care Can't you see your dreams - They're a nightmare The angels fell - Heavenly hell - Under a spell Caught - Under a spell - Under a spell You know she's dangerous between her smiles and grace Her charms adventurous you see in her face she..................with schizophrenic lies And then her final trick the noose that she has tied

A spell can work if you believe in this superstition. The secret to understand how a spell works lies in the power of your mind. So you have to condition your mind in order to make or reverse a spell or remove a curse. Source: “How to Overcome Superstitions” by Ron J. Varman

I would love to know what made them decide to go with the other version over this one for the album. Every element is better in this version, the whole thing sounds like a much more organic song. The vocal harmonies alone destroy the album version.
