I remember over 10 years ago whilst cycling with friends regularly stopping for a break at the Nautilus which was derelcict and vandalised. We couldn't believe that a building in this vantastic position was allowed to get into this state. Someone with vision obviously thought the same and are now sitting on a goldmine.
