Those bargains you are showing are almost impossible too find. Also be cautious with scammers. Do your proper research. I've been coming too Spain sinds 2009. And gonna move there in less than 3 years. Prices did go up 3 to 7 times, depending on the region. Thanks too many expats, mostly English and Dutch, who bought up a lot off properties and selling them at high prices or renting them out at insane prices. Villa's that did cost 180/200k are now between 500k and 1 million. I know a lot off expats living in Spain, and all saying the same.

Be cautious about purchasing property in Spain. In late 1960's and early 1970's many English put huge deposits on empty land for new houses to be built . Everything was expertly done except the building companies used their own Solicitors. There's the fall the catch. None of these people ever got their house or money back . They were paying money monthly and the sellers were not even Spanish. Be cautious please.
