The thing about consent, when I came in to this video, is the missing beat of AIDS. As a Canadian the context is that the idea of possibly transmitting, not even actually transmitting, is a crime. Which in turn meant back in the day (and still now) the idea of being clear on consent and clarity of intent was sometimes a little more than just pro forma. I remember guys who fantasized about bareback prior to PrEP et al. And I remember having to be super incredibly clear that while we could talk about it, fantasize about it but in no way was it going to happen. As a poz guy kink has had an extra dimension of feeling that some understandings couldn't rely on anything less than explicit talk. But ... I generally agree. We, as a general community, had more of a cultural lexicon of ideas/terms that meant it was a little easier to navigate wants in the moment.

I assisted in the creation of a piece of furniture for those into Vore. It was basically an adult slide with big nubbins on either side (for teeth) covered in a furry "skin" on the outside and a slicker vinyl inside.
