I've watched a lot of puppy training videos this past week since I just got a 3 month old GSD. This dude is hands down the best content creator. He actually shows novice people like me the steps in how to do it and not just generalization of giving him treats. I appreciate what you do Robert.

I stumbled upon your videos after Joe Robinet shouted you out in one of his and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I had been planning on getting a German Shepherd puppy for a while now and I’ve been watching your videos in preparation. I gotta tell you, watching your videos just gets me more and more excited to start working with my new pup. I am confident that by employing your training techniques, my GSD will grow to be a well trained dog, and better yet, an amazing companion. I’ll be documenting his progression for a year and would love to share it with you! Thank you for the amazing videos Robert!

I just got a GSD pup 2 weeks ago and this will be my 5th dog that I train. He's the second one I started training from 8 weeks of age, and the first I've ever used treats along with praise for reward. I'm really digging your techniques and explanation of why. My father was a K9 officer in the late 60's and most of my training used his teachings and he was against treats but I am seeing a positive in their use and can see how to transition out into tug toys and bumpers along with praise. Thanks for your efforts in putting this quality info and content out there for everyone. "All dogs need training, a well trained dog is a happy dog and a happy owner." -Dad

This is a GREAT tool to have for new puppy owners!!! I have a friend that just got a new puppy and wants to start training. We live too far apart for me to help him, so I remembered watching this video and finally found it again. I am going to send this to him, and would recommend to anybody that is learning to train a puppy to watch this and to continue, if you've never trained or had a dog before!! Nothing worse for a dog than having an owner that doesn't know what they are doing. In my honest opinion, I feel that new puppy owners should be REQUIRED to take some kind of training classes, or spend a certain amount of time with an actual dog trainer and dogs. But that's just me. Again, great video and to anybody that is a new dog owner or never had a dog.... Please learn as much as you can about the breed of your dog, so you'll know their temperament, learning abilities, and if that is the type of dog that you are ready for, or can handle. Dog breeds are so different and knowing as much as you can will only help you and your 🐶 in the long run. A trained dog has structure, and a structured 🐕 is a happy dog!

I’m adopting my first bulldog puppy and I want to avoid my mistakes in training, communicating, and consistency. I was raised on a ranch, so I have a very different upbringing with the “working” dogs. Watched this video and signed up for my first month on your website. Watched the first intro video and I’m excited because for the first time I feel like I have a clear understanding of the JOURNEY that I’m about to endeavor with my companion. Thank you Robert! MJ (Mary Jane) will be here this week and I’ve never been more excited and conscientious about a new journey!

After watching your video, I immediately knew what I have been doing wrong with my 3 month old GSD. I've taught him to sit, but he takes his time obeying "down" command because I say "sit" followed by "down" and change my tone severally, all in a bid to get him to sit. Now I know I shouldn't do that. I've just watched two of your videos and love the way you teach. I will be subscribing to your page immediately I get home. Thanks Robert
