I had one back in 1998, you really had to bounce it off the red line to get any speed up. I used to ride with mates on R6's , FZR600s, GSXR600s, and the bike would stay with them in the twisties, but get raped on the straights. I loved that bike so much, and one day before a ride out, I popped into home for a piss, and some bastard nicked it from out of the front of the house.....I cried all night.. I so loved that bike 😞

The amazing thing is thats mostly short shifting at 6 and 7k rpm ,the power is all up the top goes to 14 and half k they are insane , got to love the sound of a 400 4 banger epic and dramatic.

@@bowches Yep! For the hero 8 it goes over the lens as you can't remove it. For the other GoPros I think you screw it on💪

first of all: great choice! They're helluva fun to ride. I didn't own this bike, but I do know that a lot of them are imported. I'm from South Africa so market isn't huge. These bikes were very popular and made mostly for the Japanese market, so you could probably start trying to import from there. In terms of newer bikes, you could have a look at the upcoming zx4rr which is a modern 400cc 4 cylinder form kawasaki. Hope that helps xD Matt.
