Funny enough Elf, the Thais actually consider everything on this tour to be street food other than the ice cream. Mostly because it's Chinatown and all of these places started out as stalls on the side of the road. You and I would probably label half of them street food

They do amazing tours, Grif, and they have them all over SE Asia. I have done 5 or 6 now in different cities and they are the best food tours I have ever been on
