@@samarpiene if you’ve been a subscriber for any real length of time here, you would’ve noticed that pureemotionmusic has always had a soft spot for Ukraine. I have always suspected that there is a real life tie-in to it, whether Pure is actually from there or has friends or family there. Either way, this is Pure’s channel, and we all have the right to either accept certain things or move on. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sometime this week I was listening to the news, who were doing a "man on the street" interview of someone in Kyiv. They passed a cafe which was playing the song Не твоя війна ("Ne tvoya viyna" - "Not Your War") that Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and his band Okean Elzy did. The person they were interviewing recognized it and said it was a famous song. Reality bumped into the Voice right then. Thank you for posting the compilation!

Nice that you included the flag of Ukraine in your upload.. I really appreciate that.. And the singles you translated are beautiful too.. That way we know what is being sung. I really like all the singles.. Enjoyed it, with tears in my eyes, with in mind what is happening in Ukraine..🥰🥰 What is abnormal think that your cash has been blocked again by Dutch RTL .. RTL should be ashamed of what they are doing again and that only because of the advertising they have on their own website .. RTL go stand in a corner and be ashamed you and KZbin just stand there.. I never thought that KZbin would cooperate with this.. I just think that if you put something on KZbin that this should remain visible to everyone and you don't want that?? Then get away from KZbin and KZbin don't let yourself be tempted by some TV channel.. Netherlands RTL appears to be one of the few that pulls this joke to block the Dutch for a Netherlands content.. Don't get crazier, right?? 😤

I did appreciate the choices in this group...(and our lady in the thumbnail!) it is a Ukraine period for sure, but the inclusion of all the other countries was well laid out. Especially hearing the van Vlaanderen pair. It must be absolutely rare for a Red Hot Chili Peppers song to be found on the Voice, much less "Californication"! Showing my age....it was also a treat to hear one of Carly Simon' radio hits ...(and he was so vain, in spite of protestations to the contrary!) The usual thanks are in order for #168...
