Bobby gives Tony an AR-10, NOT an AR-15. The AR-10 fires a .308 or 7.62x51 mm round, while the AR-15 fires the smaller less powerful .223 or 5.56mm NATO round. Also, the “AR” part stands for “Armalite Rifle”, NOT Automatic or Assault!

Why are they called “Armalite” rifles, do you know by chance? I’ve always heard “Assault rifle” and so I’ve always called em that too but idk much about guns, heck thanks to the F on my report card I can’t even legally have one. But props to u bro you seem to really know this stuff I’m impressed.

So yeah. After seeing the final episode I got the strong impression he was killed. Someone walks into the diner and I swear I thought it was the Russian Chris and Paulie took into the woods. Members Only attire too. Hey great job man love your content.

Yeah I think virtually everyone involved said “yeah he gets murdered at the end”. But you think it was the Russian wearing the members only jacket that keeps looking at them and goes to the bathroom? Would be a really interesting bow to put on the series, since they kinda wrapped it all up. EXCEPT where the Russian went since “Pine Barrens”..I’d just bet my soul patsy was behind his death, whoever pulled the trigger. All his hate for Tony, nearly shooting him in season 3, pissing in his pool(lol) and knowing he ordered his brothers killing. Would’ve got Gigi first probably if he hadn’t died already.

Another interesting thing I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen brought up before is that in Chasing It, Tony bets on a horse named after Meadow, but the horse ends up barely loosing and failing Tony. If you subscribe to the “Meadow is Tony’s guardian angel” theory, then this horse loosing could be foreshadowing for Meadow not being there to protect Tony from being killed.

Wow never heard that before. That and the wire you can watch 5 times all the way through and still catch new stuff. Last time I watched the wire was the FIRST time I realized Nick Sobotka was the one freaking out on mayor carcetti in season 5 iirc. Maybe 4. I’m damn near certain both creators are really impressed at their audience figuring stuff out and coming up with theories that totally stick and impress them greatly. You can watch too much television and still sometimes really impress people. Who knew? Brave new world…

*And there’s definitely paranormal stuff all through the series which I really dug. Im not like a full on believer but some stuff just is so weird and makes no sense that definitely much more a believer than a sceptic(sceptics are usually kinda jagoffs too that doesn’t help). And if all paranormal is someday PROVEN to be all false, eh gtfo, let people use their imaginations and believe what they want to: I know in my life alone I’ve had things happen that are unexplainable. Idk who knows but this show is definitely peppered with eerie/supernatural stuff throughout the whole series.
