Greg’s one of the most humble, charming, nice yet incredibly talented guys in the business nowadays. His passion for music is second to none, it’s so inspiring. Thanks Puremix for this. 🙏

pureMix For good reasons. Watching this I feel depressed though. Guys like me are happy and proud to get kick & bass sit kind of properly in the mix and then you listen to Greg who plays all instruments in the world and knows everything about music ...

Even the battles faced as a perfectionist so delicately-framed into mind: that infinite reach to have others say you got there, as though you never were. This interview is like the movie I'd get kicked-out of the theatre for not leaving after the credits rolled. I'm still absorbing it. Thank you so much.

I am so happy that Greg did this. It gives us fans insight into who Grace is working with...the same with Ido. Sounds like she is being taken care of by two geniuses in the music world. That is a relief. He seems to be a nice person. Grace and Greg and Ido are a good team as far as how they view music and the singer-songwriters.

yep, and bear in mind we have 7 episodes to go with our Start to Finish series with Greg Wells ;) plenty of added bits to come too 😎

You make me nostalgic for Peterborough in those days. I remember the County All Star Band we played in ( I believe you played trumpet - I got to play Timp ). Greg, one of the best things you did was the Mike Bell Band, you guys were doing some great things, I always enjoyed watching. Then there was Strobic Axe.....lol nice interview

When he got emotional talking about his first musical experiences it made me cry too remembering my young self staring at an electric guitar for the first time. It's funny how complicated and hard it is to make a living of your art, but the love we have for it transcend that. Thank you so much for this interview, it inspired me so much!!!

Hmm, I think it is counterproductive but only human to not comment on people here on YT you feel connected to because they seem to be so super successfull and seem to have done all the stuff right that one did wrong :-) I needed almost a month before I felt ok to write a comment here. For me Greg lays out a lovely blueprint of a life that makes sense to me. I'm happy that he exists and had the chance to learn from all those people that made him so lovely and unique. + happy that he had a significant lovely impact on the people he worked with.

This is why every time my 5 year old daughter asks me if she can play my $1,000 keyboard I dont even think about it twice to turn it on for her. You never know what would sparks on them in the feature.
