A couple of days ago, I was talking with a friend and she shared that while riding in a taxi, she smiled at the driver. He responded that he appreciated it. He even brought food for her. My friend is in her "nineties" and is a retired teacher. This driver was from the "Middle East." I believe, Mother Teresa said, "Peace begins with a smile." God bless

I had a thought that if every Catholic would light a candle at church for the holy souls, purgatory would be empty. I don't know if this is true, but I can certainly see how it would be.

How are we supposed to know what our task is?

Sissy, you're right, this can be difficult - but I suggest this - pray intensely to the Holy Spirit to reveal this to you - and then - what are your dreams? What are the deepest desires of your heart? If you could Jesus for any mission, what would it be? These will lead you to your answer.
