What pvp zone is this? I just started on beta lvl17 after 1 day full sets of green armor with lvl4 armor enhance upgrades. where can I pvp beside arena? lol doing main questline otherwise

I'd say just smallscale. you'd prob need Tevent Daggers for largescale for stealth reset on kills, cus you're likely gonna get popped once you come out of stealth and do your rotation.
