You need to upgrade your parting tool to carbide tip type and throw those HSS things in the bin. Also when you tighten your work in a 3 jaw chuck you should tighten all 3 pinions to get maximum hold on the part, OR get a 6-jaw chuck. Otherwise good video, one question why no filler on the TIG weld?

Good video. Have you watched the video that Steve Morris Engines put out with Chris Razor doing aluminum engine block and head repairs using the Dynasty 300? It is a amazing how much turning up the frequency can affect the way you weld.

I haven't but I've noticed that with castings some respond to low frequency and some like higher

Definitely can't complain about it, I'm super happy with the 300 so far
