How are you guys doing? Good I hope. Out of the context of this video, I want to ask you guys something. Sometimes when I watch UTube videos, I came across some disturbing comments about Malay, Muslim in Malaysia. I wonder what the politicians feed their mind. Do they know that the bumiputra policy is part of the national economic policy, it's an equilibrium model to balance the equity between the bumiputra and non bumiputra, not to take away the opportunities and rights of the non bumiputra. Yesterday, I came across a comment blaming the government wasting money on projects benefitting the Malay and Muslim in Malaysia, surprisingly, it related to Vision 2020. Does the person know that Vision 2020 was an objective mission to make Malaysia in the high income per capita for all Malaysian. I have few non Malay including Malay friends who frustratingly blaming the government when they don't get things their way. The truth is Malaysia doesn't owe anyone anything. The Malaysian actually owe Malaysia for the good things in their life. However, there are people, like myself, who desperately needs a helping hand in making improvement in my life. Just a thought, just let it passes you by.

Thanks for sharing. Love your videos. The "sambal" that goes with the fish at Cottage Spices, is what we in Penang called it as "Sambal Hae Bee" (Spicy Dried Shrimp)

0:13, what's that? Kueh, a Nyonya dumpling. 1:54, I wonder why they call it kueh ketan, ketan is pulut in Indonesia language.
@juantan198 ай бұрын
1:54 -- it's Pulut Tekan, tekan as in press -- as the traditional way to make it is to lay the pulut on the tray and put another tray on top with heavy items on the top of that tray to press the pulut down so it is more compressed.. hence pulut tekan
@Yasin_Affandi8 ай бұрын
@@juantan19 Hehe. What was I thinking, there's definitely a difference between tekan and ketan, my mistake is duly noted. The technique is similar to making the traditional nasi impit.
