උදේ පාන්දරම පිනි වැටුනු දම් ගෝවා යාය බලන්න තරම් මනරම් දසුනක්. ගෝවා ගෙඩි ගලවද්දි ඒ පිනි විසිරෙන හැටි දකින එක හිත හීතලෙන් හිරිවට්ටන සතුටක්. මෝරපු කොල ගලවද්දි දම් පාටට මතුවෙන ගෝවා ගෙඩිය දක්ද්දි හිතට එන්නෙ වෛවර්ණ සතුටක්. උදේ පාන්දර අවුව වැටෙද්දිම ගොවා කඩාගෙන ඇවිත් ගෙදර වැඩපල කරල, නාගෙන කරගෙන අනිත් පැත්ත බලද්දි දන්නෙම නැතුව දවල් වෙලා. ඉතින් මම දවල් බතට එලෝලු මාලු උයන්නෙ නැතුව ඉක්මනට හදාගන්න පුලුවන් දෙයක් කල්පනා කලා. නූඩ්ල්ස් තමයි ඉතින් හිතට ආවෙ. අත්තම්මත් ආසයි නූඩ්ල්ස් කන්න. ඉස්සො වතුරෙ තම්බල ගත්ත නූඩ්ල් රස කරන්න ආයෙ ඉතින් වෙන අමුතු දේවල් ඕන් නැනෙ. ඒත් කෑමක් වුනාම ඒක රසකරල විතරක් මදිනෙ, ලස්සන කරන්නත් ඕනනෙ. හැබැයි ඒ දෙකම තිබිලත් ඒ කෑම එක ගුණයෙන් පිරිල නැත්නම් එතන තමයි ලොකුම අඩුව තියෙන්නෙ. ඉතින් ඒ හරිම දේටම හරියන්න මම ⁣නෙලුම් අල පෙතියි, තීරු කපාපු කැරටුයි, දම් ගොවා, බෙල් පෙපර් වගේම දඹල එහෙමත් එකතු කරල තමයි නූඩ්ල්ස් එක හැදුවෙ. වැඩි පුර තැම්බුනාම රසයි පාටයි දෙකම නැත්වෙන හින්දා දම් ගොවා ටික එකතු කලේ අන්තිමට. හුමාලයෙන් තැම්බෙන්න ඇරලගත්තම තද දම් පාටටම දමි ගොව ටික තැම්බිලා තිබුනා. හදිස්යෙ කියල දවල්ට කන්න එකක් හදන්න හිතුවත් ඒ අස්සෙ ඉතින් මල්ලිගෙ අධිෂ්ඨානශීලි ඉල්ලීමටත් උදව් කරන්න වුනානෙ. අපේ මල්ලිට හදිස්සියෙම කෙට්ටු වෙන්න ඕන වෙලානෙ! හැමෝම කියනවලු එයා මහත් වේගෙන එනව කියල. මං වෙනදටත් ඉද හිට හදන අල සුප් එක මල්ලිට දවල් කෑමට හැදුවත් වෙනද වගේ අල ගොඩක් දැම්මෙ නෑ. අල ගෙඩි තුනක් අතට ගත්තත්, පොඩි අලගෙඩි දෙකක් විතරයි සුප් එකට දැම්මෙ. අල වගේ දෙයත් නොදා හදලත් බෑ, නැත්නම් ඕක කාපු වෙලේ ඉදන් ආයෙ බඩගිනියි.. බඩගිනියි කිය කිය වද දෙනව. තම්බල පොඩි කරගත්ත අල එක්ක තැම්බුනු ගෝව වල දම්පාට සාරය එකතුවෙලා අද සුප් එක වෙනම පාටකට හැරුනා. මල්ලිත් සුප් එක ආසා⁣වෙන් බිව්වා. හැබැයි ඉතින් කැම මේසෙ ඉස්සො සුවඳ විහිදෙද්දි නම් මල්ලිගෙ අර කෙට්ටු වීමේ අධිෂ්ඨානය ඊට පහුවෙදට කල දැම්මා. ඕක දන්න හින්දම මං එයාටත් එක්කම නූඩ්ල්ස් හැදුවා. මං හිතන්නෙ මල්ලිල ගැන හොඳටම දන්න අක්කලා හැමෝටම එහෙම තමයි හිතෙනව ඇත්තෙ. මට වෙන මොනවටත් වඩා ගෙදර අය සතුටින් තියන්න පුලුවන් නම් ඒ වෙනුවෙන් ඕන දෙයක් කරන්න පුලුවන්. ඒක තමයි ඉතින් මගේ සතුට. ආදරයෙන් නදී 💜
