🟪 PURPLE NOUGAT RECIPE 💜

Making your favourite nougat purple ❤️
[ Sweet Potato Potato Nougat with Shredded Coconut ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 250g Marshmallow
🍳 90g Milk Powder
🍳 35g unsalted Butter
🍳 60g Dried Shredded Coconut
🍳 30g Sweet Purple Potato Powder
🍳 200g Nuts (Your preference)
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Pour milk powder, sweet purple potato powder & shredded dried coconut in a bowl mix well and set aside.
2. Melt butter in low heat.
3. Pour in the marshmallow.
4. Consistently stir & mix them until fully melted.
5. Pour in the dry ingredients into the melted marshmallow then mix well.
6. Add in nuts, then mix well.
7. Remove the nougat dough to the tray and flatten & shape it into square.
8. Remove the nougat dough to the tray and flatten & shape into a rectangular shape.
9. Let it fully cool down before cutting into strips.
