Hisuian Lilligant is beautiful and is tied with Garbodor for my favorite Pokémon. She is also an absolute physical powerhouse with an amazing signature move that raises its offensive and defensive stats and makes its moves deal 50% more damage all at once! It also gets Drain Punch as a strong physical stab that recovers hp or you could use Recover for guaranteed hp recovery.

I had found this out when you’re battling and you wanna quickly get to a Poké ball press X it’ll switch from your Pokémon to the items you’re holding and you can easily pick and choose a Poké ball while going through it and pressing the back button the same as you would if you throw it make sure it’s the right one You Choose
