His first season in 2017 he turned around a rams team making the playoffs for a team that missed the postseason for over a decade straight. He’s an offensive genius and they never seem to be out of a playoff race even with their top players down. I totally get the hype.

You need the personnel. We have a lot of players that can play multiple positions. Not only that, but you'll also need the aptitude to understand the assignment. The defenses that are good enough to do this on the fly are already good and are not going to change their scheme.
