I'm hoping lots of them do stay, but I understand if they don't. I also think some of these coaches will be invested and just want to come back, because they believe in what we're doing here. Hard to say though, money and opportunities speak very loudly, and in the end you have to look after yourself and your family first, but word around the league is that everyone wants to be in this organization, and everyone loves it here.

McGowan played for a bunch of teams including the Bears. Belichick had some very nice things to say about McCardell as a player. I could see him as an offensive coordinator somewhere
