❤️ #Day18 : Experiencing Life Together (Authenticity is the exact opposite of what you find in some churches instead of an atmosphere of Honesty & Humility there’s pretending & role-playing & politicking & superficial politeness but shallow conversation people wear masks & keep their guard up & act as if everything is rosy in their lives. These attitudes are the death of real fellowship. It’s only as we become OPEN about our LIVES that we experience real fellowship. The Bible says IF we live in the light as God is in the light we CAN SHARE fellowship WITH EACH OTHER if we say we have no sin, we’re fooling ourselves)… 😇😇😇😇😇

❤️ #Day18 : Experiencing Life Together (Of Course being authentic requires both courage & humility. The most difficult risk of all is to be honest with ourselves & with others. Sympathy is not giving advice or offering quick cosmetic help, Sympathy is sharing the pain of others. Everytime you understand & affirm someone’s feelings you build fellowship. Self-pity dries up sympathy for others. Fellowship happens when mercy wins over justice. Many people are reluctant to show mercy because they don’t understand the difference between trust & forgiveness. Forgiveness is letting go of the past & Trust has to do future behavior)… 😇😇😇😇😇
