*Trooper Ronald Elkins* was 28 when he graduated from the ASP Academy in June of 2020. He is assigned to the Highway Patrol Division of Troop H. 🏆🏆 Ronald Elkins placed first in Firearms and second in Academics out of the class of 33. Ronald is a graduate of Van Buren High School and the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. His previous experience is not readily available. SIDE NOTE: There is another ASP trooper with the last name of Elkins - Cpl. Taylor Elkins of Troop L. Relationship unknown. Taylor is the one who pursued and captured the pick-up with the tree dragging behind it. It was a 67 mile long chase into Oklahoma that James posted. That video was so good that I just watched it again last night. 👍

I think he busted his gas tank when he hit the back of his car. When he lost him, there's a wet line that turn's down a street. I bet his gas was all running out. I guess they didn't see it. I LOVE seeing chases in my town!
