साहिदा जी आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। मुझे एक महीने से पेशाब बहुत धीरे धीरे आ रहा था । रात में दो तीन बार उठना पड़ रहा था। पेशाब करने के बाद भी बूंद बूंद आती थी। यूट्यूब पर आया सर्च किया तो लगा की ये प्रोस्टेट की समस्या हो सकती है । तुरंत प्रोस्टेट के लिए योगासन सर्च किए आपकी वीडियो आई, देखी बहुत अच्छी लगी और में डेली ये योगासन करने लगा । एक हफ्ता हुआ है मुझे काफी आराम है पेशाब की धार तेज हो गई है थोड़ी , रात में ज्यादा नहीं उठना पड़ रहा है लेकिन अभी बूंद बूंद कभी कभी हो रही है लेकिन वो सब भी ठीक हो जायेगा। मुझे इंगिनल हर्निया भी है लेफ्ट साइड में । आपके सभी योग फॉलो कर रहा हु। मुझे विश्वास है की योग से ही ठीक हो जाऊंगा । बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद । आभार।

शाहिदा जी आपने बहुत सुंदर तरीके से समझाया। मैं 85 वर्ष का हूं और सारे प्राणायाम तो मैं रोज सुबह करता हूं 45 मिनिट्स।आसन में सेतुबंध करना काफी होगा प्रोस्टेट की समस्या के लिए। धन्यवाद 🙏

Shahida ji मैं हर्निया के परेशानी से कयी डाक्टरों को दिखाया।छोड़े इन डाक्टरों की बातें। मेरी दीदी लन्दन से आपका वीडियो शेयर की और मैं रोज पालन कर अभ्यास कर रहा हूं। मेरे अभ्यास किये तीन दिन हुए काफी energetic and relaxing feel हो रही है। साथ-ही होम्योपैथी दवा लेना शुरुआत किया हूं, उम्मीद करता हूं कि मेरी हर्निया ठीक हो जायेगी। आपकी विडियो मुझे काफी पसंद आयी।

मैडम जी मुझे प्रोस्टेट की समस्या थी मेरा प्रोस्टेट 75 ग्राम था डॉक्टरों ने ऑपरेशन के लिए बोला था मैंने योगासन करके एवम पतंजलि का prostogrit तीन टाइम लिया अब बिल्कुल ठीक हो गया हूँ ।

I am about 74yrs old, believe in natural pathy, have been practicing yoga since long. Recently I felt a bit urination problem, maybe prostate issues. @@AbdulAziz-up1uu there are so many good medicines available in the market for prostrate problem. These Asana is helpful before prostate problem starts. Nowadays,safe operation makes a person completely cured. But doctor must be experienced much. But for the time being, you should immediately start medication. If it is benign, urimax 0.4 will in all probability will be prescribed by doctor but first consult with a Urologist.

Very nice , lucid way of explanation. Sweet voice, sweet exposition of yoga, especially those elder people, like me, prone to prostate problems. Keep explaining in small episodes not more than 15 to 20 minutes on various health issues. God bless you for your yeoman services.

Especially, in this times in the country where certain sections of the society treat Yoga as something alien n doesn't conform to certain religions, your practicing n teaching so many crores of people through your online classes n through Ytube videos is really heartwarming. I know you may be facing certain hurdles, but my sincere request n humble pleadings do your Yoga episodes. My prostate gland size is 45cc (normal size should be 20cc) and sometimes, I have problem of slow pass-out of urine. I will try to follow YOGA ASANS that you explained in video very well. I liked your way of video demonstration extremely. Excellent 👌👌👌 and very very useful video. Ramesh Modha, Maths Teacher Gujarat. At which time, can I do these important ASANS, i.e. morning or evening or both the time?

Prostate size depends upon the age. I am 69 years old and my prostate gland size is 59.5 cc as on May 2021. Previous year it was 48 cc. It was because of less body movement, being Covid season, it is increased. I am having prostate for the last 12 years. Since I am practicing yoga for 27 years I do not have any problem in passing urine. Better time for practicing yoga is early morning with empty stomach. As age increases prostate gland will alse increase, which is a natural phenomenon and nothing to worry if yogasana is done regularly.

Yoga Mudra Asan with Moola bandh and Uddiyana bandh and followed by squeeze in, squeeze out all abdominal organs with breath in and breathe out, will also give full exercise to all abdominal organs including prostate glands. Kindly include Bandhas and Kumbhak in your demonstration of Asanas and Pranayama to increase effect of Yoga. With best wishes and sincere regards,🙏
