I really wish Sindhu had won this one. She came so close. She really needs the confidence that she is so good that she can beat any player. In her younger days I think she used to just go out there and fight with a belief. Now there seems too much thought, pressure and stress on her (self imposed and also fans' expectations) ; the fight is definitely there though. Good luck Sindhu. You played well and we love you❤

yeah..she is so much better now when compared to last year or so...she is trying hard..may be we can see the results in the upcoming olympics but for me she is not the hot favorite to win a medal in paris..but knowing Sindhu she will definitely put up a fight

Sindhu played at a far bettter pace as compared to her previous matches. Her movement was fluid and she looked to build the rallies like she used to in her 2018 days. Had she won this one, the ride for the other players could have got tougher. However, I hope the loss does not leave any psychological scars on her.

While Sindhu's classic power smashes may not be seen as much, she appears to have developed excellent all-court reach and placement....also her endurance is much better. Yes, she lost the match, but I can see major development in her game.

Thats only way to compete if she doesnt want to end like sn who depend on power all the time, when power gone, end. Also, she was not very succesfull with that power Proven by her little titles compare to the like cm who usually won prestigious event with her power,speed,skill,and tactics trademark. For cm, power works perfectly bcoz combined with high level technic and skill, but not for pvs who depend on power alone.

I really thought and wished that Sindhu would beat Marin in this one. She played so well 👏👏👏. I can see major difference in her shot selection, defence and endurance as well. Go ahead Sindhu just cross that psychological barrier, you can beat anyone and win all the matches.👍👍
