Why are people sitting down?

They kept coming around and making people sit up there where we were. The girl in the front row to the left has to be told 5+ times. I wasn't chancing it holding a phone.

At the show I went to security was telling people to sit down. Although the people near the front could stand up but for some reason security didnt want anyone in the back standing
