Wow, thank you for creating this, it’s incredible. Gave me chills and my eyes tear up. I love tool so much for so many reasons, their music has become a part of me. This with the other 3 volumes feels like a journey through all their songs and melodies and done in such a beautiful way that doesn’t take anything away from the tool music but combines them all , perfectly in my opinion.. thank you for this , Its by far my most favorite thing this year

I'm glad that you're doing these. most wouldn't even try! Daring work and it is a really great go at it. **Subscribed!** ... I know you didn't ask for feedback, but since Tool means so much to me, and I've spent too many years around dj's and producers, I feel compelled to critique your great work. I hope you find it constructive. Please ignore if you don't want to hear it. ... For me there are some stutters that are just not quite right where I get jolted out of the flow of the story you're weaving, jolted from the "suspension of disbelief" if you will. I'm not talking about the stutter effects you do, I'm definitely talking about some transitional moments that just need to be smoother. I really dig the way you blend, meld, and craft a tangible arch with moments of tense anticipation contrasted with driving segments. There are some spots, such as 50:44 that sound discordant because they are out of key. I'm sure you can hear them. Fortunately, this can be adjusted in your DAW pretty easily, though, just need to pitch shift a little. You might even be able to transpose to a specific key (I know you can in Bitwig and Renoise) >> (Beethoven shifted keys all the damn time. it was a security feature so others couldn't physically play his music. Anyhow, it's very possible.) Check out Camelot Wheels to know which keys work with which. Your ear will know, too. ... wow 57:16 sounded 🤬. I kind of love that gritty rawness. The glitch effects are badass, too. . 58:45 is a beautiful reprieve from that. I am impressed and love these interludes. (I just need them to blend and flow more!) >> Personal note, I don't really care for making Maynard sound like Satan. There's religious irreverence, but also a lot of esoteric and gnostic faith in his work, so it feels a bit.... oh fuck what do I care? we're literally all Tools anyways hahaha 🙌🏽🙌🏽Props to adding Bill Hicks in there more fully. IDK if you sampled that yourself or sampled a track they hid on an album I couldn't afford to buy. Either way, great work. (People really should listen to what he says more ...and really think about it! Truth in comedy. heh. ) I hope you take this as constructive and supportive love, because **I really enjoy very much where you've gone with this** and my dj-tuned ears very much look forward to see what you could do with some cohesive polish in the flow, or just to see where you take it next! I'm subscribed now for the ride!

Really good! Can i ask what software you're using? I have a solo project driven by percussion using a 4 peice kit,8 piece roland td7 on a rack & alesis multipad. Im trying to add bass, synths & guitars in a way i can trigger & perform 90% of it solo. But tbh being primarily a drummer my whole life i am painfully ignorant of recording, mixing, etc. Course I love Danny but i really dig Gunnar Olsens style & set up. Especially on his solo stuff on his channel!
