Just got my push 3 last week and I love it.. wondering how to “copy to siblings” in the drum rack? Is this possible in stand alone?

Why do you need the standalone if you use the computer for arranging.

Can u play push with live or only in standalone how does push compare to op-1 portability

So I am just now figuring out that audio workflow is considerably different in the standalone vs in the software. Working with audio tracks seems to be exclusive to audio that you have recorded into the device, whereas the loading of audio clips seem to exclusively use simpler. Where with the software you could just drop an audio file in a clip slot and play it. That does not seem to be the case at all with standalone, which to me is strange.

Totally wrong assumption.
@jpjameson11 ай бұрын
@@RobotSnake The less than obvious answer is that the selected view dictates function for the type of track. Are you trolling? Or did you just run out time to elaborate for the benefit of others? I forgot that I posted this or I would have circled back with the answer. While you can view many aspects of an audio track in any view, you can only browse audio files for an audio track in clip view. You can browse, but you won't see audio files (only devices) in any view other than clip.

Wouldnt it be more ergonomic if the knobs were at the bottom, thats a lot of reaching when they could have been at the bottom

I wish this push 3 wasnt as pricey as my macbook, this is insane. Even the non standalone one is almost £900! I mean seriously wtf this prices out most people. I have had push 1 and still have push 2, ill be keeping that and not upgrading due to cost alone. Great vid btw sorry for the rant 😂

I wish they had a trade in program too, like can they not use anything from a push 2 as parts for 3

I am really liking many aspects of the standalone, however somethings are not quite ready for prime time. For example... There is no clear method for searching for clips. Scroll only? 😳 And there is no clear way to simply load an audio clip into an audio track. When you browse for a audio file when on an audio track, you can't see any of the audio files you loaded onto the push via the live software. Accessing files is wonky.

Great video. Funny, I was having the op-1 and push dilemma and you touched on it from the start. My og works pretty well and I get great sounds so I’m not sure how to proceed. Are getting the field for the sounds or for the physical keys? Tears of the Kingdom inspired on op-1 kzbin.info/www/bejne/gnaqgIuQqaiUpKs

For $2000 it should have Bluetooth, full MIDI ins and outs, more built in ins and outs, SD card slots, better sound, more user controlled parameters, touch screen, a bigger tiltable screen, and be able to host VSTs
