I would love to see you do a posing routine to EW by Joji, I feel like your flow would be incredible to that song, I plan on using it for my first ever show

I used to have terrible elbow pain and took cissus quadrangularis along with some downtime from heave lifts. It worked wonders and till today I haven't had it as bad as then. Perhaps something for you to consider trying. All the best man :)

Keep doing what you're doing quietly Ruff, aand let Urs, Dino and Chris Keep the pedal to the metal !!! They walk around all swollen with goldfish swimming in there eyeballs in the off-season pushing it, but at least you will be around to see kids& grandkids and live until your 80s or 90s. But they won't be around to tell about it

Does he do any forearm work? Sometimes elbow pain is muscle imbalance.

Looking forward to a collab with the gym pin dude. I think he's shown up in my feed because you follow him. Super strong dude and good size considering he trains for fun and not necessarily "optimal" and has not been on a lot of stuff.

@@RuffDiesel thats a good area to set up a gym and tbh partnership is a good thing specially if you got similar views. Houston is if Im aware mostly known for Alphalete but doing something different will give you advantage - posing seminars for example will bring a lot of people interested in competing

Tee at 80% and still Strong as fuck 😂. 720 on the leg press. Like 400 to 500 pounds on the press machine. 300 pounds on machine flys.🤣Me like I’ll never be close to that with my serious injuries I had. 100 pound range to 200 lb range is the best to me on my body. Just make the best out of it Tee. Still can build muscle.
