as a beginner/intermediate i have no knowledge about splits but what i do know is that to i have to stick to the basics and correct my form in every exercise basically build that muscle memory and to do so training on the high reps range w low wieght and in a systematic way adding compund lifts for strength is what i do and for this i created/took inspo for a split which idk what to call it😂 but im typing it down it may help someone MONDAY- chest and shoulders TUESDAY- back,biceps and 4 functional sets till failure for forearms WEDNESDAY- legs and triceps THEN REPEAT THE CYCLE and take a rest on sunday , if u are fortunate enough and ur gym stays open on sundays u should opt for resting on thursdays so u can repeat the cycle with taking a rest day every 3 days, in this split all the muscles groups u target gets the time to handle the damage and recover properly to again hit it and maximize gains

You said word of my mouth Saket about social media addiction. People need to realize what content is being served to them and in what form. I have been making efforts to make my friends quit or at least limit social media consumption. I think we all should take step to quit these junky socials along with our friends, this would make a huge difference in our mental health and productivity. I hope you will keep reminding these things from your content and if possible make a video on this as u have a good reach. Keep up the good work dude.

If u did incline bench press for chest why did u do incline dumbbell press? Both work for the upper chest? I have chest day tomorrow toh i preferably I do train my upper, middle, lower with incline, flat dumbbell press and high cable fly for lower chest. And I do 3 sets of every exercise and the rep goes like15-12-10...u mentioned to do 1 set till failure and that's it?

Saket , if only 3 sets of 3 exercises are done, then total 3x2times in week = 6 sets will be done per week, I think this is not enough
