It's funny I'm just now seeing this video Northcoaster! I can see where these connectors could have appeal to the do-it-yourselfer. Much better than the Twist on ones you can buy.

I think they can be handy, package says indoor use only. They go on easy and are very secure. Thanks Bob!👍

Hey I was doing a search how to strip the wire for these connectors I bought and I saw your post 😂😂 I'm still a little unsure, they are stamped ppc (??)

@@NorthcoasterHobby they prob do the same as most yes ppc is the brand I think theres a plastic section that compresses an inner sleeve, plunger and pin I'm a bit lost with the pin thing im assuming its the male core will have to figger it out Thanks I bought a tool and stripper. @ $4 a pop for connectors I don't wanna make a few throw aways 😂😂

Can these be used inside an attic?

As long as they are indoors and not exposed to the weather, should be fine in an attic.

Very interesting never seen these before, I realize they are for INDOOR USE ONLY, did you find them at home depot or lowes?

I dont see why you cant properly weather proof seal and use it outdoors . Just my thought
