This video explains design and ltspice simulation of Totem Pole MOSFET Gate Driver. It is sometimes also called Push-Pull MOSFET Gate Driver.
This circuit is cost effective solution for gate driving.
Don'n be confused between totem pole mosfet gate driver and push pull mosfet gate driver. They both are same.

I don’t use a npn transistor to amplifier my signal voltage so the base voltage is from the pwm pulse 15volt and my totem pole driver use 55 volt and the gate voltage was always 15volt to the mosfets the circuit work great if the mosfet was getting 55 volt the mosfet would damage so there is 3 type of totem voltage is one and current is over and both

Thanks for your video, I have a question if you want the driver to switch bipolar (+10V to -5V) how do you do? I your example it just switching 12V and 0V

What change would you make to the circuit if you were using 3.3V logic signal that has to keep it on at 3.3V

Hey...thanks for asking good question...R4=12K so IR4 = 12V/12K = 1mA. Portion of 1mA will be flowing through collector and base of the transistors. In case of 12mA (12V/1mA) may damage base of transistor.

Hello, first of all Thank you for the video. I have a question for about the pulse voltage supply current wich is -3.2 mA in some cases. Could this negative current burn or damage the mcu in real world ?

Hey...thanks for asking very good question. You can increase the base resistance of npn transistor anywhere between 3.3K to 4.7K to reduce the base current. Now coming back to your original question, if you configure micro pin as push pull configuration then only it will source and sink the current . incase of output high and low it will only source. Incase case sinking 3.3mA of current from MCU pin is not going to damage the MCU. Micro controller can source/sink 8-10mA current form mcu pin unless and untill the summation of all pin current will remain within the limit. This also depends on manufacturer to manufacturer (mcu to mcu). For example if summation of all pin current is 40mA so you can draw 8mA from any 5 mcu pin .
