I Raced Silver Kings Hard Enduro on My '06 KTM 200

Last week, I tackled my first ever hard enduro race at Silver Mountain in Kellogg, Idaho! If you're new here, I spent the last 6 months building this '06 KTM 200 to make it is capable as possible for hard enduro with my fair share of hiccups along the way.

I have a wr 200 its a fun bike or atleast it was lol i beat the crap out of it and now its time to rebuild the top end after it lost compression, I even ran a jb welded cylinder for 60+ hours on a blaster piston the bike continued to rip even with that

Thank you! This project was all about seeing if I could do it on a 200 - never about the 200 being the best tool for the job. Would 100% take a current 300 XC or 300 XC-W. I think I would've been relatively competitive in the A class (top 40ish? Who knows...) on a good 300.

I guarantee my fully customized 2017 Husqvarna TX300 is every bit as good as the bikes the top riders are on. There's nothing wrong with a well put together 06 KTM 200. It's all about maintenance and making the bike perfect for you and for the task at hand.
