This is one of my favorite things about commuting on an ebike, going to and returning from work I take different routes, different neighborhood, and go on and off road. Really adds variety vs sleep driving into work during the morning commute.

I would install a second battery. Maybe 10 or 15 amps, to go all the way. And even though it already has a suspension post, I would get one with more travel. To fully eliminate the need for a rear suspension. And maybe also a front fork with longer travel also😅. But all in all this bike is already good enough for the money. And I think a tracking and alarm system for this bike is a must.

Today was a first. I took my ebike to work (the one shown in my picture) and I have your inspiration to thank. 26 miles one way and in about 2 hours, a return trip back to my house. 2 48V batteries, only used one to get to work, but brought the other just in case. I mounted motorcycle hard saddle bags on the rear rack for storing the 2nd battery and 2 locks with chain. Hopefully I don't get wet going home, but the saddle bag has my rain coat as well.

I bought this bike and absolutely love it!!! I am 6’7” and weigh 265lbs and it pulls me around without any problems. The seat height and handle bars easily accommodate my height. I haven’t tested the battery duration but it will reach 30mph when pedaling. I would highly recommend for larger riders!!!

I have this bike and I love its feel. Its a better hill climber than the MX02S. The saddle and suspension post are both available on the Fiido site - Accessories--> T1. As are all the parts, including the Mag wheels and cool front light. The new upgraded display has a odometer. I upgraded my bike by installing a central console box directly from the Rad Runner. It fitted perfectly - just needed 2 small holes in the plastic. Its a good addition too for carrying stuff like locks etc. For the money I can't get over how good the T1 is. I am installing the battery (17AH) from the MX02S as its over 6 pounds lighter. I will be able to slide it into the same slot and manually click in the connector. This should be a good addition being lighter. A bit like an electric car - you don't always need to be hauling round a large heavy battery.

Are you part of the official T1 Facebook page? I'd love to see that bag on your e-Bike. I need Fiido to make 1, hopefully they do.

@@ReVolt_e-Vlogs I am not on Facebook. I have a video anout the Central console on the Fiido T1- kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJzCeq2qorCXiqc - The Radrunner one is perfect fit except you need to make 2 holes in the plastic. You don't even need a drill, a small screwdriver did it for me. The two cup holder things are the problem. I think I will blank it off with a nice logoed plate and cut out the plastic mouldings. Its practical for storage. I use it for keeping locks and related gear.

I've been riding my t1 hard town and country off road for 4 months and giving it some real hard abuse. its a strong bike. however fiido emailed me to say they are sending me and upgraded version of the t1. they claim my bike was a batch made with a frame design flaw so hence the free upgrade with hydraulic breaks, upgraded power controller and lower seat high adjudgment plus a reinforced frame so an improved t1 all round.

@NPLVentures, I appreciate your videos. Especially about this fiido T1, as it is the very first ebike I've ever had now for 4 months. This hits every mark I wanted it to for the price. (I was comparing to radrunner). More everything for your buck. Of course, I removed the front basket so I could mount the headlight higher, since I ride home from work at night. (I have since just zip tied a metal picnic basket on the back rack for now until I figure what real storage I need). For me, this T1 hauls ass. I've learned to respect it since I crashed it at full speed already and bent my fork. Got my new fork in a week ago. (Shhh, I rode it for two weeks while waiting for a new fork from fiido. I know, don't ride with a bent fork!) The bike is solid. I can't imagine modifying it the way you do with your other bikes. I took it on the beach once, and it did just fine on the hard pack sand. Otherwise, I'm mainly on surface streets. Can't wait to figure out the actual range of this thing on highest pedal assist, since that's what I enjoy most. Round trip to work is 10 miles at most. Love the speed, love the comfort, love the headlight and taillight, love the rack. The only complaint I have is the display, like everyone else, oh and the headlight is aimed a little low if you keep the front basket on. Oh, and the brakes squeal like crazy from day 1. For a short fat guy, this has been the best investment I've made in years, and now I want to own more ebikes. Maybe one day, with the money I'm saving not paying for gas, I can buy one of NPL Ventures tricked out bikes, although I'm probably too fat for a folding bike. As a disclaimer, I don't work for any ebike company, and I bought T1 from electricbikeparadise, and they discounted it, and threw in a free phone holder and helmet, which probably saved my life already. I'm just happy to be in this ebike world, and even more happy I bought it just before gas prices skyrocketed. T1 is and will be my daily commuter for the foreseeable future. Ride safe everybody!

I think the bike has enough power, and doesn't need further weight. I'd like to see it with hydraulic disc breaks, a much better screen, tweaks to the cruise control to give rider more control over when and how power kicks in, and perhaps reduce the weight of the front basket (which looks overbuilt). Add to that some after-market accessories: decent waterproof panniers, a long rear rack box, and a frame box / bag, and I'd be very pleased with the bike. I think I will wait for the F2 in hope.

As a personal opinion I don't like the monitor. Not a knock on the bike I just like a larger center screen so I can just glance down and get whatever information I want. I do like two motors in fact I'm trying to decide rather to get one myself. The bike I'm currently looking at pending a flight to Brisbane to see it first hand and test ride will decide what I do. We don't have much of a local selection near me. However it's fairly similar to the bike you are testing biggest differences a large center screen and dual shocks on the rear. The seat is kinda close but I think your bike has more cushion.

Be careful don't bought these bike, this is not a suitable winter bike. There is a weak spot under the battery for water to enter easily. I have the same bike and it actually broke down. I hope the manufacturer will look into this issue. If they put a little silicone in the holes, the problem will be solved. It is a catastrophic weakness.

@NPLVentures2 жыл бұрын
I was the same with my mtb. But now I just see a smaller wheel as giving more torque and hill climbing ability.
@Airbrushkid2 жыл бұрын
The smaller the wheel the less distance you can travel. It's the same as the gearing. The smaller the pinion the more torque. But less distance you will travel. To make it simple. Take that small wheel. Now take that small wheel and roll it one complete turn. Next take a 26" or 29" wheel and roll them one complete turn. Look at the difference in how far the bigger wheels went. You may have more torque but will travel a shorter distance. But the bigger wheels still can get more torque thru gearing. But the smaller wheel cannot catch up the difference distance. There's always someone smarter. And I maybe be wrong?
@MarkizVonSchnitzel2 жыл бұрын
@@Airbrushkid That's why this bike does not compete with MTBs but is great for mixed commute, which is what they made it for. Also, larger wheel takes more energy to spin. There is no free lunch.
