Do the NBGs fit into 4mm coro for things like ChromaTrim? Have you tried them on ChromaTrim v5?

I changed my order from EVOs to NBGs. I have a new Boscoyo 4ft singing head. Using a tool the bullet pixels were easier to install into tape then it was installing NBGs in the Coro material. I gave up on using my finger and started using a 11mm socket with a straight handle. In some cases I had to push down with both hands to seat the pixel. I had some foam on the back side to support the Coro. With no foam under the hole. Twisting NBGs in the Coro was done using the bullet pixels tool. If I was doing lots of Coro I will make a special tool using a socket with spacers inside to keep socket from getting to close to the wires. It didn't make any difference whether the little nibs were lined up with the Coro notches or not. I found most nibs to be so small they pretty much didn't exist.

I would recommend not pushing them through all the way (it sounds like you might be doing this), but rather just push it until the back is flat against the back of the coro. Our next batch of NBG's and future batches WILL be taller.

I'm not, they are only getting pushed up to the wires. It's easy with the rounded top, it's hard when you get to the cylinder sides. Otherwise they fall out easily.

are these NBG pixels the same as the gumdrop pixels offered at other vendors?

There are definitely a few variations from a few different factories at varying quality levels. Our NBG's are some of the best, but yes, there are some vendors using the same factory (we are about 99% sure)

I have a Kulp K8 controller with Beaglebone Black and am having an issue where it says FPPD not running. I can’t figure out why, it was running fine a week ago. Any help would be appreciated

I haven't tried the test strand of EVOs I have in coro but it seems the twist to lock them in is flawed. If the EVO turns a bit from spring back or when moving the prop they appear to pop out far too easily.

Honestly, I haven't had any come on after they're in. If anything (and maybe it didn't show well on video), it's more on the side of "hard to turn" to get them inserted fully.
