That's family RC in Clinton township I live in the next city over Roseville and I love taking my truck and cars to that track! I was just there this past Wednesday with my solid axe monster truck to see how it handled the soft slightly muddy dirt and I had fun by myself but after an hour I was done and Melissa at family said the hour was free no charge!
