In Panvel vichumbe many property in being constructed. So my question is it is safe to buy flat in gram panchayat plan copy is approved by gram panchayat only 7/12 and other doc is in the name of builder and OC and CC provided by gram panchayat . But plan vopy is approvd by gram panchayat so it is safe to buy ?
